  • 1/ License and medical certificate
  • 2/ Two rackets minimum (identical and with the same string)
  • 3/ Water
  • 4 / String with the corresponding tension especially when you go away from home in tournament. Remember to note his name and the tension of the string to facilitate the work of the stringer. Take one or two lines rather than the reel. It will be less heavy and you will avoid losing it.
  • 5/ Rods specific to his racquet (necessary when the stringer strings a racquet whose rods are very worn, which unbalances the racquet and no longer protects it)
  • 6/ An anti-vibrator in addition to the one on the racquet (you can lose it during the match)
  • 7/ A jump rope
  • 8/ A rubber band to warm up
  • 9/ In case of extreme heat: cap, sunglasses, sunscreen
  • 10/ A grip, and an overgrip
  • 11/ A headband, rubber bands to tie your hair
  • 12/ What to eat (cereal bars, bananas, others…)
  • 13/ Towel to wipe when changing sides
  • 14/ Spare things (socks, t-shirt, etc.)
  • 15/ Notebook to write down your results, what you did well and what you did less well
  • 16/ Shorts or skirt or cropped trousers
  • 17/ A second pair of shoes to change into after the match or while waiting between two matches (hygiene in relation to perspiration)
  • 18/ A second pair of laces in case they break
  • A small first aid kit with:

-19/ cooling spray to reduce pain (waiting to put ice if necessary)
