Training situations

Training situations
Exercise consisting of playing from the back of the court with a "stage 3" ball, in order to improve transfer and balance when hitting. Since this ball is used on a 12m80 pitch, 1 or 2 bounces are allowed. It is interesting in pedagogy to vary the training situations by using for example a ball of a red level format on a green or yellow level ground, and this whatever the level of play of the players. To hit hard in a weak ball, it will be necessary to obtain a good anchoring of the supports in the ground, and a good transfer to the strike. Playing on a double court also improves cardiovascular performance.
